Port license determines how many ports that could be simultaneously used in the system. The port licenses are available in several variants.
Port license 500 is for users 501 and 1000 in a PBX.
Port licenses limits the number of simultaneously registered unique numbers
that is available in a system.
Examples of allocation objects are:
• SIP registrations
• Unique trunk registrations, SIP, Analog, ISDN or H.323
• Extension numbers in use
Examples of objects that does not require port licenses.
• Group numbers
• Que numbers
• Number series in a TRUNK object
• Additional phones/devices on the same extension number
